Responsibilities
- Plan sales strategies and manage all advertising media within the Seacon Shopping Center to generate maximum income
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of advertising space with corporate customers, product brands, and advertising agencies
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of all advertising media locations to be in a ready-to-use condition, safe, and up to the shopping center's standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. With experience in selling advertising media for at least 5 years (if having experience in the shopping center business will be an advantage)
- Has experience at the management level or controlling a team
- Has leadership skills Negotiation and closing excellent sales
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to build a wide network with agencies and product brands
- Have an understanding of laws and regulations related to advertising, employment contracts, and rental contracts
- Have a creative mind Keep up with the trends in advertising media and new technology.

- Plan, present, and design event concepts to be consistent with the image of the mall and target customers
- Sell event space Coordinate with shops, partners or booth participants at the event. Including the internal team
- taking care of preparations before the event day. Worksite operations and summarizing the results after the work is completed
- control the duration and quality of work according to the specified plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Management or related fields
- Be creative. meticulous and have high responsibility (If you have experience organizing events or project coordination will be given special consideration)
- Has good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and can work part-time or on holidays on occasion.
